The Clock is a device within The Dining Room. It is used to tell time by either looking at it, or listening to it's chimes whenever a hour hits.
It could be possible that this Clock contains secrets unlocked in future stages of The House. It is also used in the Bathroom scare as a warning to when the ghost of Jake's Wife will appear.
