The hostages at the U.D.R.C. are the last set of hostages found in Underhells Prologue. Upon Jake entering the control room, he spots around 20 U.D.R.C. employees being held captive by the PMCs. These hostages were not rescued and were killed by either Jake or the PMCs.

- All hostages seen through the window are not actually NPCs, but are prop_dynamics using a citizen model.
- After Jake breaks out of the gas chamber and go berserk, female screams could be heard. Strangely, there are no female hostages seen.
