This is the first SWAT character to speak to Jake. After Jake was given the orders to lead a assault to the hospital and after he had made his way to the streets, this SWAT character tells Jake to lead the way. If this character (or any other SWAT character) were to make it to the midpoint of the sewers, he will tell Jake that he and the rest of the team cannot procede forward. This character either dies or survives.
